We had the pleasure of working closely with the fantastic and talented team at Jimmie Martin on what could only be described as possibly one of the largest penthouses in central London.

The designers and client chose our resin comfort floor due to its high-quality acoustic properties, durability and UV stable (non-yellowing).

As part of a complete renovation, this project required significant preparation and removal of other floor finishes down to the concrete floor before installing new acoustic panelling, cement particle boards and smoothing screeds ready to accept the resin floor finishes.

The poured resin floor was applied to all living spaces within the penthouse, totalling nearly 250m2 over two floors and a seamless staircase.

As you can hopefully appreciate, attention to detail was paramount, which has resulted in an exceptional finish indicative of our workmanship from many years of experience.⁠
