We work with all types of clients from residential, to architects, main contractors, interior designers and specifiers. All of which receive the highest level of customer service and support. Please feel free to click through some of our projects in our gallery to see some of our work.
We have carefully selected colours that are mixed to international recognised standards including RAL and NCS. Alternatively, we can mix any colour to suit your needs plus add a matt or polished high lustre finish.
We aim to ensure all Resin Floor Co. installations are as cost effective wherever possible. There are many elements to include when providing a quote, pre-installation preparation, size of area, precise details including finish, colour etc. It would be easy for us to give set figures that in all honesty wouldn’t be too far from the final figure but we prefer to have an initial conversation to gain as much specification for the estimate as possible. Wherever possible we try to assist projects that require poured resin or polished concrete for small areas. However, these generally fall under our standard square metre rates.
Our resin and polished concrete wall of flooring systems are all Emission Free. Meaning no bad smells or chemicals leaching out into your environment.

We can lay a resin floor on the following existing surface: concrete, cement based screed, tongue and groove chipboard, marine plywood and some tiled areas.
Our polished concrete flooring systems require a more rigid substrate such as a concrete slab or cement based screed.
Our resin floors average between 2 and 9 mm.
Our polished concrete overlay is around the 6mm mark and 100mm for traditional concrete slab.
The MicroCrete system average between 2 and 3 mm.

Resin or polished concrete can be applied to stairs. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Our resin flooring is the perfect choice when used with underfloor heating systems. Widely employed on numerous projects and with a proven track record at working effectively with water based underfloor heating systems that have been laid under a concrete slab. Electric underfloor heating systems need to be set in a thin cement screed to cover the electric heating elements. We are able to provide and install electric under floor heating systems, please contact us for more details.
The resin and cementitious floors can either be poured up to your existing skirting board or removed if desired. We prefer that all skirting boards are removed in advance of installation.
The general application and drying time for a poured resin floor is 24 hours at 20°c. However each system has specific application / installation timelines, please feel free to contact one of our sales team to go through these in more detail.
Generally, we require any new substrate to be installed, cured and in place in advance of our installation team’s arrival. However if necessary we can assist in the preparation and installation of any new substrate if required.
In a domestic environment you can expect lifespan of 20 plus years for our poured resin flooring. The Resin Floor Co. also provide a re-coating service which can inject a new lease of life to older floors that have lost finish or faded colour.
Our commercial floor products are specifically designed to meet with the individual demands of the clients needs.
The Resin Floor Co. are currently averaging a lead-time is 3-6 weeks following confirmation of the order.
It very much depends on the complexity and size of the project, allow between 2-5 days for a typical installation dependant on the chosen floor type and application process.
Unfortunately, we are unable to remove furniture. You have to arrange for the area to be cleared of furniture, fixtures and fittings prior to any installation.
